We wrote our own plugin for the server, so these are not the usual SMP features. Every one of them is explained in the AlphaMC Guide.

World Bosses
Bosses spawn on a schedule and everyone fights together. Each one has phases and random mutators, so no fight is the same twice.

Died in lava or far from home? Your items wait in a grave at the spot where you died. Walk back and take them.

Custom Plants & Alchemy
Grow plants that don't exist in normal Minecraft, then brew and cook them into items you can use or sell.

Jobs & Levels
Get paid for mining, farming, fishing, chopping, slaying and beekeeping. Every level unlocks new rewards and titles.

Fishing
Over 100 custom fish in six rarities, from junk to Mythic. Fishing contests run several times a day, and a higher Fisherman level catches rarer fish.

3 new daily and 3 weekly quests for every player. Finished quests fill the monthly Season Pass: 30 tiers with a free and a premium reward each.

Markets & Trading
Rent a stall in the village market, open a chest shop, sell on the Auction House, or trade face to face with the safe /trade menu.

Vote Parties
Every vote gives you a Vote Key and $250. Every 100 votes from the whole server start a Vote Party with rewards for everyone online.

Collection Log & Achievements
Track every ore, mob, crop, fish and boss drop you collect. Finish a page and unlock a title nobody can buy.
How to join
- Open Minecraft Java Edition 1.21 or newer.
- Click Multiplayer, then Add Server.
- Paste play.alphamc.info as the server address.
- Click Done and join. See you in the Lobby!

- Be kind. No insults, hate or harassment. Swear words are filtered.
- No advertising other servers, Discords or links.
- No spam in chat or private messages.
- No cheating. No hacked clients, X-ray, auto-clickers or duplication bugs. Found a bug? Report it.
- No griefing or stealing. Claim your base with /claims to protect it.
- No scams. Use the safe /trade menu when you trade.
- No AFK machines. Use the AFK pool in the Lobby instead.
- One account per player for rewards, votes and events.
- Listen to staff. Need help? Use /helpop or /report.
- Stay safe. Staff will never ask for your password.

What is the AlphaMC server IP?
The server address is play.alphamc.info. Add it in Minecraft: Java Edition under Multiplayer, Add Server.
Which Minecraft version does AlphaMC use?
AlphaMC runs Minecraft: Java Edition 1.21. Join with version 1.21 or newer.
Can I join on Bedrock, mobile or console?
No. AlphaMC is a Java Edition server, so you need Minecraft: Java Edition on a PC with an official Minecraft account.
Is AlphaMC free to play?
Yes. Playing is free. Ranks are optional one-time purchases in the store, and the Hero rank is free after 20 hours of play.
Is AlphaMC pay-to-win?
No. Ranks give comfort and cosmetics such as extra homes and commands. Every item in the game can still be earned by playing.
What makes AlphaMC different from other SMP servers?
